I keep hearing a high pitched sound and i think its a ultrasonic sound. It is keeping me up at night and giving me really bad headaches. The only way i can drowned out the sound is by headphones and music. My dogs will wake up at 3 in the morning and bark at nothing and i believe its the sound waking them up. Can anyone help me out on what could make these noises please and thank you.

A few weeks ago, I had appealed to the Blue Cross, and SPCA with an idea for a sensor to be put in front of every vehicle, which when going too fast detects any animal on the road in a 15-20ft radius, giving off ultrasonic waves for a short time, scaring the animal off the road, as well as the driver getting
a warning to slow down due to the animal’s presence. It wans’t such a bad idea, it would make a marginal difference. I have sent E-Mails to numerous other animal Welfare and Safety websites, but they all have rejected this idea. Please spread this idea, I do not have the device ready, but someone might be able to design it. PLEASE POST THIS AROUND, and somehow try to convince everyone to enforce this idea into action. I do not think there is any possible problem or defect, or inconvenience this device may cause. I am just trying to help. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS, and tell as many people as you can. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Oh, and for those who say it is an old idea, why is it not being seen anywhere? Please, it is not about running to fame first or anything, just imagine if we were on the streets, and every 10 seconds a vehicle at 60mph comes speeding with a dog driving it?

A few days ago I saw two dead while going back home, and they were like 10 hours recent, trust me.Please post it around as much as you can, so that someone who can make this reads this, any social networking site or anything. Ultrasonic: Sound waves with frequencies greater than 20,000 Hz.
Infrasonic: Sound waves with frequencies less than 20 Hz.

I have assigned parking under an older wooden car port at my apts. It is a very shaded area. There r missing pieces of board specifically and especially above my car. I plan to block off the landing areas at least by putting chicken wire across the wooden beams but want something else to help detour them elsewhere. My car gets showered in crap in a matter of days. It is a ridiculous amount! The birds are swallows. I seen an ultrasonic device but wasn’t sure if this would be the best choice. Neighbors have dogs. Any advice. Bird chimes don’t work!!! Nor do rubber snakes.

I have 2 male Lhasa’s that are 5 and 6 years old. They are housebroken however one of them urinates in the house when we are gone. They have a doggy door. I have replaced carpet & flooring (thinking if I get rid of the smell, it will stop). I have scolded, used doggy training spray from Petsmart…everything I can think of but it doesn’t change anything. My vet suggested an ultrasonic device that sends out a high pitch signal but it is several hundred dollars and I don’t want to do that unless I know it will work.
Any suggestions would be great. I love my dogs but I have had enough of this!

Our neighbour complained that are cats go in her garden, so we got her an ultrasonic alarm, that only cats and dogs can hear, which was quite expensive, and we even got her batteries, to operate it with.
6 months went by with no problems and now she came over and asked us to get her a second alarm because the first covers only 75% of her garden and she needs a second one to cover 100%.
My cats are not the only cats in the neighbourhood, other people have cats too. However, we got a second one for her, because as she said its our responsibility.
She is a lawyer and makes loads of money.
Should I have got her THE SECOND ALARM??
