I have two Pomeranians. One is relatively calm but the other is a barking machine. She also suffers from leash rage and goes berserk when she encounters another dog, or any other animal. I bought "Bark-Off," installed a 9 volt battery and turned it on. And guess what? Nothing... absolutely Nothing! It doesn't have the slightest effect on the dog. I immediately checked the battery to see if it was working. It was. I Reinstalled it and tried again... still nothing. A real SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I read some other independent reviews. All the same, SCAM! If you google it, it links you to dozens of reviews, (non independent) all singing its praises. I'm sure these sites belong to the manufacturer. Before you buy anything on the internet or through informercials, always Google, "Independent Reviews!

I bet the reason you haven't been sued yet, is because the device doesn't work, and if they took you to court, they would have to prove in front of a judge that it does work, which obviously it doesn't....Great commercial. I only wish that that guy got bite in the groin by that barking dog. I guess the dog had better sense than that idiot consumer.
